How is the tv connected to the home network/internet?
Did you just purchase this and it has not worked yet, or did it work fine before and just stopped?
Worked fine for over a year. Worked earlier today. Started TV tonight
and the Apps will not work. The VIA button works other functions.
If you run the network test on the tv does it show a problem or say it is connected and working?
Let's try having you unplug the tv for 5mins then plug back in.
Next thing will be to wait unti tomorrow am or 24hrs and see if it works then, there may be a problem with the server.
Also go to speedtest.net and run the test, let me know the results?
