Hi. I'm Steve. I'm sorry to hear about your TV. I will try my best to give you a precise and accurate answer.
What kind of bulbs are you purchasing? Are they OEM Philips, Osram or Sylvania lamps?
I believe Osram
About how much are you paying for them?
$180.00
Wow. That is quite high.
Can you pull the current one out of the TV and see if there are any identifying marks on it?
On the bulb are the following things:LF078A48UHR 100/132WMade in TaiwanHG
That's inconclusive but the correct lamp is a Samsung part BP96-01653A and should be about $115 here: http://www.encompassparts.com/item/9169585/OSRAM/BP96-01653A/Lamp_Assembly
I'm not convinced it is the lamp but there is nothing really in the set that can cause premature lamp life except for maybe a weak cooling fan which I would check.
The market is flooded with cheap Chinese lamps that last about 3 months. That's what you may be purchasing.
