Customer Question

I have a Samsung 630 lcd tv and when I turn it on, it keeps automatically turning off and back on and continues to do this until I unplug it. No picture ever appears as it does not appear to be powering up all the way. Each time powers up I get the start up ring tone, then it clicks off, then it automatically clicks back on and I get the start up ring towe again.

Hi

Samsung have had major problems with bad capacitors on powerboards throughout models they are covering many models however under recall so your initial task is to contact samsung to see if you come under their "capacitor settlement"
They will send out an approved samsung agent to carry out the work

If they dont cover you their are a few options for you to fix this so please come back here and I will let you know what they are
