My Samsung TV won't turn on. The middle "lamp" light is blinking green

can you pull it out and look at it?

there is a door on the side of your tv. i think it is on the left side on your model,(from the front). there is a screw in the door and then 2 screws on the lamp.
i have side door open and bulb loose from two screws, but how does it unplug to remove?
there is a handle on it once the screws are loose just pull it toward you.
OK. I have it out looking at it now. What should I see?
does it look blown when look at the glass part? they do not always look blown.
No. Very clear, no smoky or blown surface..one wire from outer diameter to center glass post looks intact.
high odds are this is a bad lamp. they are real common to go bad.without testing voltages in the tv we cannot be sure, but given the age of your tv and the fact the lamp light is on i would replace the lamp. here is a link to one.
