When I turn my tv on it says no channels in master list. What do reccomend?

Make: vizio
Model: e320ar

Already Tried:
It says no channels in master list. I can't run start-up wizard as it says my is invalid. I have never had a pin. What can I do?

Start up wizard states it's invalid, or the INPUT is invalid?

 

Try running the Autoprogram or Startup Wizard after --

 

1 Unplugging the TV set's power cord for 5 minutes and plugging it back in to clear any glitches out of the software.

 

2 Switching to the TV input, not the Video inputs, and then trying to access the startup wizard or Autoprograming.

 

It sounds like you may have had a storm pass through your area recently.

I tried unplugging the power source, didn't work. I can't access start-up wizard from input, can't. There have been no storms. ??????

The tuner won't tune on any input except for the TV station's input. You cannot use the Video input setting and try accessing the Autoprogramming or the Wizards.

 

If you can't get to your TV station input...let me know that.

I am on cable, and it is ok.

Ok, so you're not getting the Cable box's master channel list ? It takes about an hour for those to reload if the guide lost it's information..
