Vizio 32 inch won't change Chanel's even at the tv itself. Unplugged tv for a minute r 2 an still won't work . Any ideas ?XXX@XXXXXX.XXX

Great! Glad that the issue has been resolved, congratulations.

In some instances, the TV's programming gets messed up, either a glitch or due to power interruption. The simplest would always be to try and perform a re-scan.
