Facing TV Problems? Ask a TV Technician.
Hi! Thank you for using Just Answer today! My name isXXXXX am happy to help you with this! Please bear with me and be patient as sometimes these issues take a little bit of figuring out before we know what's wrong. If you could give me some more information it will be very helpful: -What makes you believe this has anything to do with the energy saver function? -How old is the unit? - Do you have this problem while watching all different devices hooked to this television? (DVD player, cable, satellite, game counsel, etc.)
Please give me this information and I will be happy to assist you further. Thank you, Tim Nolan
When I change the energy saver setting the problem ususally stops at least for a while. When reading about this online others said the energy saver was their problem
The tv is about 2-3 years old
we use the TV about 95% of the time on th cable so I really have not seen the problem on other set ups
Within 3 minutes it began to flutter
The choices are:
Component cables: 5 wires between the tv and the device, these are color coded on the end and have a green, a blue, a red, a white, and another red cable
Composite cables: 3 wires between the tv and the device, these are color coded on the end and have a yellow, a white, and a red.
