Please let me know, is there any power indication light appear on TV front when its power cord plugs in?

the red indicator light does not come on

OK, it seems AC Adapter isn't working or DC pin isn't plugged in properly in back of TV.

Please check DC pin of AC adapter at rear of TV, if its plugged in securely that means AC adapater got bad and does not provide power voltage to TV, unplug DC pin from back of TV and check 19V DC volts on DC pin with multimeter, if possible.

Let me know your findings to proceed further in troubleshooting.

do not know what a DCpin is nor what a AC adaptor is not a tech kinda person

Do you see any small box near TV where power cord plugs in and other end goes in wall outlet? It is AC Adapter and it has another wire that goes in DC-IN jack at back of TV.

Hi,
I will try to help you with this question.
Unfortunately, there are several steps in checking this tv set, that require some degree of technical knowledge.
The AC adapter would be the first suspect, since there is no power indication whatsoever, but also the tv so called "main board" may be at fault ( only one circuit board inside this tv set).
Since you do not have the technical skills necessary to troubleshoot this unit, and since the unit is probably still covered by manufacturer warranty, the best approach would be to contact the Westinghouse customer support.
They will asses the possible failures on your unit , and either exchange this unit for you or refer you to an authorized service center.

This would be the best approach for you in getting this unit taken care off, as I said, i do not recommend self repair due to also voiding of the warranty.
