Hello there.I have 4-5 year old Vizio 1080P Full hd tv (actually we have 2 )Anyways watching a show couple nights ago suddenly the picture paused... and stays still, even trying to chance the channels... sound system works like it should, like changing channels you can here different channels. I tried unplugging, did not help. The program that I was watching was on a recordings...Thanks all ready.Sami, Michigan.

Allright tried with DVD, and that works normally... then back to tv, and the same still picture stays on...
what input are you using to watch tv? and what is hooked to that input? like direct t v or cable box?
The TV input that is working with our Uverse account is HDMI1. We have a DVD player hooked up also that works on both AV1, and HDMI2. On HDMI1, the sound comes out normally, but the screen is frozen.
unplug the tv and the uverse box from the AC plug and wait 5 mins then plug in the uverse box first then the tv and try again. let me know if this works?
