Customer Question

I just moved into my mom's and we had directv at my duplex and this was never a problem. We now have just the basic analog and we only bought our tv back in november. It is a 40 inch toshiba c-t90325 (1080p). We are now unable to use the channel up and channel down button and we also don't get any of the hd channels that usually come in clearer. It says that all the channels are unviewable? Please help!

Optional Information:
Make: Toshiba
Model: CT-90325

Already Tried:
I went into the menu to channel browser set up and have tried to change all of the settings and then restored them to the way they were originally because that didn't work either.
