I have a sharp aquos 46" tv, 3 years old, and it seems we have suddenly lost the red colour in the picture. I tried the picture settings but nothing there worked.Thanks
Hello WelcomeThanks for using JustAnswerPlease initially check that the leads both at the cable/satellite box you may be using and at the TV itself are all home and the leads if you use RCA are in the right socketsIf that checks out OK let me know what the picture is like using another input like a dvd?ThanksAnthony
yes the dvd is normal colour but not the sattelite tv

yes that was the problem....thank you so much for you help. we have a dog that freaks out in a thunder strorm and hides behind the tv, so thats probably the cause. again thankyou.
