Hello I have a RCA HD-Monitor TV,model #D52W19BYX1 it will turn on then make a sound then turn off, Had a repair man from Sears, he said it was some kind of circuit. and was not made any more any suggestions Thanks
Repairman from sears,
I will need more information, as there are many circuits inside the TV that will cause this.
How long have you had it for and when did the problem occur?
Additionally, when it shuts down are there any blinking lights on the front of the TV?
Have had the tv for a bout 8 years, it has done this once before, no one has told me which circuit, no there are no lights, just the green power light
Without testing the board inside the TV, or a blinking light code (the blink codes determine where the failure is inside the set), it is impossible for the Tech to know exactly which circuit failed. Did he open the set up and perform any tests?
yes he did,but again he did not tell me which one it was
I believe we're at an impasse without knowing the board specifically that failed. I can tell you that boards for a set of this age will be near impossible to find, and often times it is more cost-effective to purchase a new flat screen in lieu of trying to repair an older set.
I can tell you that the Flyback transformer, Convergence IC's and CRT (Tube) are what commonly fail on this set. Chances are you only have a problem with one of these circuits and not all of them. Parts for your set again are scarce, but you can use the link below to locate what parts are available for your repairperson to procure them from:

Really told me nothing, so charge if you must, but i will not recomend this site to anyone thanks
I could not give you more specifics if you did not have specific boards you were looking for.
