i have a vf552 tv that wont turn on with the remote. i can turn it on with the button on the side. it comes on with the big v on the screen but after 30 seconds or so it cuts off and the logo turns orangethen white over and ober again. whats my problem?

Sounds like the software is damaged since you can turn the TV on, and it displays the Vizio V splash screen....but then turns off afterwards.

 

Corrupted software.

 

3655-0042-0150 is the part you need to repair the storm damage.

 

You can Google the part number and find the supplier you want to buy it from.
