I have no sound from the TV, when I turn the volume up, it goes right back down to 0 on it's own.
Optional Information: Make: Samsung Model: not sure ( 32" ) LCD Already Tried: Checking all the wires are connected.
does the volume display pop up on the screen when the volume down goes down on its own?

ok good
this is bad volume down switch in the tv. you can just remove the switch and it will stop. can you do this?
no
ok a repair shop will charge around 95-125 labor for this. you might try playing around with the volume down button on the front of the tv and see if you can get it to stop.
