If you push the MENU button on the tv, does the menu show up?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.
No I get nothing on the screen at all. The red light is on which indicates it has power. But the blue light does not come on which it should

Any problems with the tv at all before it went dead?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.
No it was working yesterday morning with no issue. Yesterday evening we went to turn it on and got nothing

OK we have seen a couple things cause this, unfortuantely no reset on this unit other than unplugging it which you have already tried. The bad news is that the issues we have seen in your model are internal and require part replacement to get it going. Since your set is so new you are still under warranty. At this point you need to call 1-866-289-5168 to get started on the warranty repair process.
