Customer Question

How do I re-enable a disabled HDMI port? My Mitsubishi TV has only one HDMI port. When I connect my cable box to the TV via this port, I see picture but no sound. Then we get a message that says the port is disabled.

The TV is currently connected via component cable, but I prefer HDMI.

Hello,

Sorry to hear about your problem. I will be happy to help.

Disconnect all the AV wires.

With the Tv on, press MENU 123 on the remote.

Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the AV RESET.

After the reset is done begin plugging in each device one at a time.

As each device is detected follow the on-screen instructions to setup that device.
