I have a vizio wifi ready tv with netflix app. It was working fine all along until recently when it stopped completely. When I try to launch the netlix app, it tries but then stops and stays on the tv screen. Can you help?

And I'm assuming you have verified your Netflix account is current and active?

Are you using a wireless connection?
Has your router recently been reset?

If not - please reset your router, then re-try your TV's Netflix app.
It may take a little time to re-configure your WiFi.

But, the other wifi apps on the vizio tv still work. Zulu, amazon, Facebook, they all work except netflix?

It is a wireless connection and I'm fairlysure router has not been reset.

Yes because I logged into it on my iPad. It worked fine.

Also - let's reset the TV.
First, by using the "Reset to Factory Defaults" in the settings menu...
Then... if still not reinstated... a hard reset.
This is accomplished by Unplugging for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes...
Hold power button for 1 minute
Re-plug
Turn on as normal.
