my 40 inch series 6000 LED Samsung Tv wont turn on. Not with remote or touching the corner power. I attached an anntenna, I tried a netbook with a serial cable. the little red light flickers several time and goes steady.

UN40D6000ST Sept 2011, purchased from Frys in October, No noise

This is most commonly caused by a power supply or panel issue. However since the tv is only 3 months old, there is nothing we can do to solve the problem at this point that will not void your warranty. At this point you will need to call 1-800-samsung to get set up for a warranty repair.
