Hi and welcome to justanswer.
From your description, this sounds like a convergence problem.

HAve you tried to press the MAGIC FOCUS button in front of the tv underneath the door ?

Yes I have but for some reason it doesn't do the blue

Then it most likely means that the convergence circuit is defective.
There are a couple of components (integrated circuit) that can cause this problem ,

This is repairable at home if you are handy with a screwdriver and soldering iron ,

If you wish to look into this yourself i could give you the details on how to repair this ??

Customer: replied 5 years ago.
Sure that would be great

O.k i`m going to give you two addresses where you will find the parts and instructions on how to do it and also some tools that you may need.

There is also a free help line for the parts in case you have any problems with them.

This one is for the parts;

http://www.tvrepairkits.com/xcart/home.php?cat=1609

Yours is the one at the top of the page

This one is for the tools(recommended) if you don`t have them already; "CLICK ME"

That kit contains a desolder pump and some solder wick that will come in handy to remove the old parts.

This is all well documented and can be done in one afternoon/evening, just take your time (easy does it) and you`ll see that it will all come together and repair your set.

Also, you will receive an email after this post is closed and there will be a link to get back to me anytime if you have any questions.

You can close this chat from your end with the accept button if you are satisfied with my answer and have no other questions at this time.

Thanks
