Customer Question

We have a Mitsubishi LT-46151. When I turn the TV on I'm looking at a blue screen and a green power light flashing. I have no access to volume, menu, or any other functions. To turn it off I have to press the power button and hold it down for ten to fifteen seconds before it shuts off. I have unplugged and tried the "reboot" function several time with no success. Suggestions?

Optional Information:
Make: Mitsubishi
Model: Lt-46151

Already Tried:
Unplugging and rebooting.
