Under the LOCK menu look for FACTORY RESET
RESET THE TV
THEN when it asks you for STORE mode or Standard HOME mode
Select HOME not STORE
I tried what you suggested twice and the problem is still there? Actually, the factory reset prompt is under system settings and not lock......
Did you set the tv to home mode?

Yes, it asked after I reset the system. I have set the TV to home mode on several attempts. It just refers back once you turn it off and loses all selections.
Then you have a bad main board
it should have remembered what you told ot
How long have you had this tv?
there are no parts for it
I have had the TV for 3 weeks....it was purchased brand new!

get them to send a servicer
I called Sanyo and they had the right directions to get the settings to work....no need for a servicer. I would appreciate my money back. This support was of no value.
