Customer Question

I have a Sharp Aquos LC-60LE810UN. The power button, input button and menu button do not work on the panel. My son locked out the remote so it does not work. How can I reset my Tv? I unplugged it all night and it did not reset. Please help.

Hello and thank you for using JustAnswer.

He probably engaged the lockout feature.

To unlock the buttons on the remote control by using the
touch sensor panel of the main unit (see page 24):
1 Press MENU to display the MENU screen, and then
press VOL up or down to select "System Options".
2 Press CH up or down to select "Operation Lock Out", and
then press INPUT.
3 Press CH up or down to select "Off", and then press INPUT.
4 Press MENU to exit.
• To unlock the buttons on the TV, press MENU on the
remote control, and then select "Off" in "Operation Lock
Out".

Let me know if this doesn't correct it.

I know how to unlock it. The thing is the touch sensor on the tv does not work. The only buttons that work are the vol, and ch. The power, menu, and input buttons dont work.

I'll have to opt out of this question and allow another expert to assist with that. I'm not familiar with that problem. Do not accept my answer.
