IT HAS AV IN AND COMPONENT IN I SEE NO OUT PORTS
That is why it is not working. There needs to be an output port from the Monitor to the Sound Bar. In lieu of that, if the Samsung has a headphone output, you can use an adapter to connect.
If you are using a computer, then you can use the output of the sound card.
