Does the TV making a clicking noise when you turn it on?

Customer: replied 6 years ago.
not really. when i plug in the cord after an attempted reset you can hear a single click-like sound so i know that it's receiving power but nothing thats recurring.

Thankyou,

The two blinks points to a malfunction of the D logic board that is not reading the 15V supply correctly.
