Hello JA Customer
I have been fixing Tv and Electronics since I was 5 years old
With better than 20 years experience and 17 years in business
Ok you have 2 problems?
No sound on tv and no sound on a A/V reciever as well?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
Yes. When I was unable to get TV sound, I switched to my DVD/CD player and was unable to hear a CD either.

So you use the RX as sound for your TV and you dont use the TV speakers for sound at all?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.

I hooked up the cabling so that I can bypass the stereo system and now have sound. I will not require assistance any more. Thanks.
