Hello JA Customer
I have been fixing Tv and Electronics since I was 5 years old
With better than 20 years experience and 17 years in business
After the model number is XXXXX a /F7?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
It is /37
Expert:  Anthony F. replied 6 years ago.
that means in Philips legacy product
for US In NOV of 09 all legacy prod was shut down
Philips is no longer repairing Lagacy product for US
only product that is field serviceable is the /F7
So you have something that should not have been sold to you
but If you have the receipt and it less than a year
you need to call philips and get an SR number
they will not fix it
but they will replace it
with a new /F7 model NO CHARGE
onto what your problem could be
You most likely have bad capacitors in the power supply it is very repairable
but why bother?
