It will look like they do not have it, however, the results below the search window will have "V30CMTT" and "description not available." This does not mean they don't have the manual. Click on "V30CMTT" and it will bring up both the service manual and owner's manual for purchase. As of 9:18PM I have not received an email providing me with a link to the service manual I requested.
Hmmmm...I know they've taken a half hour to an hour before. I still wouldn't worry. I know they've provided refunds to people when they discovered they didn't have the manual. Please keep me informed.
The original information you gave me was not correct. This screen is what I mean by it looks like they don't have it:As lone as you clicked on the circled word and proceeded to the next screen to purchase the service manual, your order should go through for payment. If you haven't received the manual, I would call their customer service. To date, I have had no one say they didn't receive their manual. If they are unresponsive, please let me know.Rob

No. Practically any search says "description not available" even though they end up having the manual. I think they just haven't entered descriptions for their manuals. However, that doesn't resolve your problem. I'll perform a little more research and see if I can find your manual elsewhere.Rob

From the link page you sent me. TATUNG MANUALS ARE CHASSIS BASED 5TH DIGIT IN MODEL NOS USUALLY DENOTES THE CHASSIS e.g. T20R65 = 160CHASSIS OR D20RFG5 = F CHASSIS
In this scenario my TV would have a "M" chassis . there is no M chassis listed at this web page.
Hello yet again,I was mistaken. I thought it was an N chassis. Are you able to call them and verify that they do not have the M chassis service manual? I'll be here tomorrow as well. Let me know. I can't seem to find an M chassis service manual anywhere.
I'm tired of pussy-footing around man. I paid you to locate me a valid service manual. I shouldn't have to be doing all this follow up searching. Either find me a valid link to the service manual I requested or refund my payment. By the way, the email address, XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX came back as an invalid address.
I'm sending this to customer service for a refund. I apologize that we didn't find one. I would contact Tatung directly. They may be keeping it proprietary.
