If you press the TV/Video button on the top of the TV, what happens?

Can you explain what you have for reception? Cable box, cable connected directly to the TV or Antenna?

Dan
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
iT DOESN'T MATTER IF I PUSH TV OR VIDEO IT JUST GOES TO VIDEO 1, VIDEO2, VIDEO 3, AND THEN TO AUXILLARY STATION. I'VE CABLE CONNECTED DIRECTLY TO TV, NO BOX, NO ANTENNA
Expert:  Dan - Master Tech replied 7 years ago.
What connection in the back of the TV do you have the cable connected to?

If it is connected to the VHF/UHF ant coax connector, try changing it to the AUX connector and change the input to Aux channels and see if it works.

You may also want to check the SET UP menu to make sure that the CABLE setting is set to ON and that the CHANNEL FIX setting is set to OFF.

If you still need additional information, please let me know.
