Thank you for the clarification. What settings in particular are you wanting to reset to factory default?

If you intend to reset the entire TV, not just certain settings, to original defaults, you must enter the Factory Service mode. I am listing the instructions below and caution you not to change any other settings. This will also return the usage timer to 0 hours.

  1. Turn the TV into Standby (off)
  2. Press these keys one after another - (info) (menu) (mute) (power) The TV is back on and you are in the Service MENU.
  3. Now press your down arrow key until you get to number 12 on the on screen options, it’s marked RESET.
  4. Push the arrow key to the right, this will switch off your TV and reset it back to when you first got it.
  5. Turn the TV back on.
If you require additional assistance please let me know.
