Sorry, forgot to tell you I didn't need the Wii info, however, it would help me to know which connector you have for the Wii, the composite 3-wire (Yellow, White, Red) or the 5-wire component.

Ok. Thanks.

For me to draw up a diagram would take me twice as long as just listing it. You can always copy and paste this text into a word processor document.
Basic connections to the Vizio:
SA 8300HD - HDMI Out to HDMI 1 on Vizio
JVC DR-MV78 - HDMI Out to HDMI 2 on Vizio
Philips MCD703 - Component Out (Y, Pb, Pr) to corresponding Component 1 connectors on Vizio. (Enable progressive scan in Philips menu pg 17-18 in manual)
Wii - Connect Yellow (video), White and Red (audio) connectors to corresponding connectors AV 1 on Vizio.

This should enable all devices for playback output. Audio from Philips will be from system speakers only.

To enable TV sound through the Philips
Vizio TV - Connect the Audio Out-Analog Out to the Aux 1 connections on the Philips. You will also need to access the Audio Menu on the Vizio in order to turn the TV speakers Off, this will automatically route the audio to the Philips via the Audio Out jacks.
To be continued.......

To be able to record programming from the SA 8300HD to the JVC DR-MV78:
SA 8300HD
- Connect Out 2 (Video and Audio L/R) to Input 1 corresponding connectors on JVC.

Let me know what I missed.
