Customer Question

I have a JVC AV-32WF36, while watching the television it just shut off. I have unplugged the TV and plugged it back in the outlet only to have it click like it was going to turn on and then click again. There is no picture and the ON/OFF light stays a solid green (not blinking). Is there a reset button or is something else wrong that I am not aware of?

Hi,

Thank you for using JustAnswer.

There is no reset button on your TV. It has a problem in the power supply section where one of these components would have failed: a diode, transistor or an IC regulator. This will require a technician to test and replace these components.

I hope this answers your question and if you have more please feel free to ask.

Regards,
