Thank you for using just answer i ll be happy to assist you today, first off can i get the
model # XXXXX the tv set, also the tv set does not turn on at all is correct, moreover is the red
light blinking thank you.
Ok but the tv set is not doing anything,no picture and no sound.
Ok Bobber lets try something unplug the tv set from the wall, open up the back cover of the tv set and check the fuse that is close to where the power cord is coming into your tv set let me know if that fuse is good, just be carefull.
Ok that tv set has 4 fuses the thing about it is they are located in different areas of the tv
sets main board,i am pretty sure it is one of the fuses,ok check on the circuit board itself
do the components have # XXXXX the side of them that you can see,the # XXXXX look
something like this c115 on the side let me know
Ok check the # XXXXX that i am about to give on the main board and all around if you can not
find them do not worry, just try,F850&F851&F470&F890 check them let me know what
OkCustomeryou can go to this link to see if you can find the schematic diagram for
your tv sets main circuit board so it can pin point where are the other fuses, and like that
you can go ahead and see if one of them is open and change it out,if for some reason
you can not find the schematic diagram for your tv set,you can try contacting toshiba
and see if they can pin point you to where the other fuses are at and if for some reason
this does not work take it to your nearest repair shop to get the tv serviced, depending on
the tv repair shop it should not be more than 150 dollars to get your tv set up and
Thank You Hope This Helps.
