there is no international on the right side of screen. In the itune site I click on store. My store is listed as united states. There is a drop down menu and I select Canada to change this. The change does not take. Instead I get a message that says "could not complete itune store request; store may be busy". Unfortunately I cannot switch to Canada istore. I have had problem for 2 months and I am at wits end.

Sorry I did not get back to you but I have been working. Nothing seems to help. Maybe I should try explaining myself again.

Since I updated to the recent itunes I have not been able to get to the Canadian store. When I log in I get a message telling me that I can only purchase in the Canadian store, clikc ok when II don the exact same page loads and the store at the bottom of the page is the U.S. store. When I try to change to the canadian store by selecting it from the bottom of the page it says "could not complete itunes request. the store may be busy." I have reloaded itunes. I use to be able to purchase music. I have noticed that I am not the only person who has had this problem. There are several people that mention this in Apple support discussions. So far no answer in here does the trick.

Maybe I could get someone else to try there hand at solving this in your shop.
