97 cadillac catera, where is the transmission control module

97 cadillac catera, where is the transmission control module located?
JA: When was your transmission fluid last checked?
Customer: last week, transmission shifts great but when the tran light comes on (dashboard) will not shift correctly, i must manually shift through L - D1. But then the dash light goes off and the tranny shifts smooth. Was told the TCM (TCU) is bad???
JA: Are you fixing your Catera yourself? What have you tried so far? Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: just that yes, purchased a TCU off ebay, want to replace myself
