this after having the transmission rebuilt

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

P0790 isn't a valid code for this vehicle. P0741 sets when torque converter slip is excessive. The other two are for a dynamics sensor communication issue and a brake signal concern and not related.

The converter clutch code could be a solenoid or valve body issue, leaking input shat seals or the converter itself.

What was the original problem and what exactly was replaced?

transmission went out, had it rebuilt by transmission shop. when i pick up the car it was hesitate changing gears. the mechanic said the abs is bad, the other code is po730 not 790. my mistake. he cleared all codes exceptuo125. someon removed my dynamic sensor

P0730 is a generic gear ratio error code and just means the trans is slipping.

You don't know what the failure was nor what was replaced?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
the transmission repair shop saids its not the torque converter because it brand new, When i test drove after he completed the rebuild it still would not shift properly, he sated the ABS may be bad. Could that possible be the problem

Regardless whether the converter is new or not (it's remanufactured at best rather than new), it's slipping because it's setting a fault code for slipping excessively. This is either the converter itself, a valve body/solenoid issue, incorrect fluid, or low line pressure.
