Customer Question

it won't go into park and is leaking transmission fluid
JA: Can you actually see the leak? And is the fluid itself bright red, or is it dirty?
Customer: I don't know. It makes a funny noise when you try to put it in park and my friend put 4 qts. of fluid in and saw it come right out.
JA: What is the model/year of your Hyundai?
Customer: 2004
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No, I had it towed to a dealership
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: not that i can thinkof

Hi Im David, thanks for visiting the site, did you notice where the fluid was coming out from? the transmission itself? the transmission cooler lines near the radiator?
