Customer Question

In my 1999 Silverado the transfer case engages but I have no power to the front actuator. I tested for power on the wiring in the front the brown wire lights the test light and that's it.
JA: Is the power loss consistent, or does it fluctuate?
Customer: Consistent
JA: What is the model of your '99 Chevy?
Customer: Also when I hit 4hi it just sits there blinking
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Silverado 2500 LS with a 6 liter
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: I also put new module and push button for the four-wheel drive
