My 2005 Honda Civic steering wheel locked transmission locked in park any solutions ?

Customer: trying to turn wheel & using key wont turn

It sounds like the ignition tumbler pins are wearing out and not letting the key turn. I fixed one of these last weekend.

First, do you have a spare key you could try?
