hey Pearl. Got a problem. I need to remove the clutch safty switch on a 1999 Chevy S10. Hard to see and hard to get to. Any help on "How to/"
JA: Has the clutch been slipping? Are you having any trouble shifting?
Customer: Replacing the resiviour.
JA: What is the model of your '99 Chevy?
Customer: S !0, 2.2 L*****manual trans

HI,

Ok, disconnect the push rod to the clutch pedal, disconnect the connector to the clutch switch, and now either leave it on the pushrod and pull the clutch master cylinder out of the vehicle and then remove the switch from the push rod, or you can lay on the floorboard facing up and use a screwdriver to push the clip up and off the switch and then pull the switch off the pushrod.
