Mdx: I have a 2003 mdx, 100000 mi. Every now and then the transmission

I have a 2003 mdx, 100000 mi. Every now and then the transmission seems to go into nuetural. Stop and put it back in gear and it goes fine, could this be a selenoid problem ?

Yes that could be a solenoid issue though it can also be issues within the valve body and clutches.Are there warning lights on?Any concerns with the fluid color or odor prior to the fluid service?Does this occur while driving at all speeds, or once in a certain gear or while stopped at a red light?
