My name is ***** ***** I am a professional here at Just Answer. I noticed that your question had not received a response and thought I would see if you still need help with this.I apologize for the delay and I hope I can still assist you with this here.

The transfer case motor most likely has failed and is stuck the transfer case in neutral causing this fault here.I have seen this several times before and had to replace the electronic transfer case motor to correct this issue here.I suspect this is what has occurred here with this transfer case motor needing removed and replaced.

If more help is needed, use the reply tab to continue our conversation.
