where is the fluid leaking from ? what area of the transmission ?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
i dont know where the fluid is leaking from i just see the transmission fluid on the garage floor in the morning
Expert:  Gary replied 1 year ago.
ok the odds are before the fluid leak was seen the transmission was driven low of fluid which would cause the clutches to slip and damage the clutches inside the transmission
these will usually leak from the cooler lines to the transmission or an axle seal or the front transmission pump seal
with only reverse and 1st gear and i am assuming NO check engine light on there is an internal failure of the transmission and repairing the leak at this point would only stop the fluid leak but not correct any damage that was done inside this transmission
the transmission will need to come out and apart to be rebuilt or replaced at this point i am sorry to say
