1989 chev half ton truck 350are with 700r4 trans...transmission has 30,000 miles on it, trans won't shift out of first gear. Replaced tv cable and adjusted it, inspected gear on governor and its good. What do i do next?

Hi, Can you test the line pressure?

Customer : Tell me what i need and how to do it and i will yhanks
Customer : Thanks
Reecekerley :

I would test the line pressure in drive. Should be 60-70 psi at idle and as much as 180psi max stall.
