I had to change the transmission in my 2003 Accent and now it does not change gears automatically. I have to change them manually. Can you tell me why this happened?

I know for sure the transmission come from the engine size I am not sure about the year size.
Ok,from what you are describing the computer is not communicating with the transmission properly.Disconnect the positive cable first and then the negative cable leave them both off for about 15 minutes and then reconnect the negative first and then the positive and see if this reset the system.
