Is there any way around any of these tickets? Because they are charging too much and I don't understand what are all these fees.

I do not understand what confuses you about the fees. You have tickets from multiple states, you do understand you were supposed to pay them when you received them?
The fines are set fees by the city where they were issued, it is what they must charge by law. In order to get the fines reduced or dismissed, you will have to go to each court where the citations were issued and file a motion to vacate the citations. This means you will need a local attorney to go to court and fight each citation in court and that is the only way your fines will be reduced. Until you pay for your violations though, your license will not be reinstated I am afraid.
