Customer Question

I got a ticket this morning from a state trooper saying that I was going 95 in a 75 now I wasn't going that fast I was going 85 but he put 95 and he didn't check the box labeled radar cal. Does that mean he just guessed how fast I was going and should I fight it?

Good morning:

My name is ***** ***** I would be happy to provide general information regarding your ticket question. First, I am sorry to hear about the situation you are in as a result of this.

There are three ways speeding can be "determined" by an officer. May I ask, do you know if the officer was stationary when he caught you speeding or was he following you?
