Thank you for your reply.The lender must provide you a satisfaction of lien, if they refuse and if they did not file it within 30 days of loan being paid off, you can sue them for damages and costs of you having to sue the lender in court to obtain the satisfaction, including any attorney's fees. So call them and inform them if they refuse to provide it you will be suing them since they violated the laws in not sending in the satisfaction of lien within 30 days.
