my husband dose not have a drivers license and he is driving a car with only me his wife as the tile holder and he dosent has insurance what would happen to me if he got into a accient

First, because he is unlicensed, your insurance company will probably not cover any accidents that he would get in. Second, this means that if he gets into an accident you will be responsible for not only the damage to your car but also potentially liable for any damages to any other person since you let him drive.

I would suggest not letting him driv your car until he is licensed and covered by your insurance. It could cost you a lot if he were to get into an accident. You could also end up losing your insurance for letting an uninsured driver drive your car.
