Hello,I recently purchased a used car (2011 Camaro w/7700miles) from a dealership. I was told it was a manufactuer buy back because the clear coat on the hood was blemished. Now 3 months later I have found out it has been listed a lemon. Three times, the last being the day I purchased it. I have not experienced any issues with the car. Now that I have decided to trade the car, I found out that the value of the car has been cut in half.Gary
If they misrepresented the vehicle to you and it was a material misrepresentation such as this as they failed to disclose it was listed as a lemon, you have a right to sue the dealer for fraud and misrepresentation and breach of their implied warranty of good faith and fair dealing and seek to recover your damages for their misrepresentation in failure to disclose this major issue.
