Since I purchase my vehicle 2 months ago, June 2012, it has had a severe vibration issue. I have been through 3 sets of tires, so it is not tires (Big O Tires did this). A local deal put new rims and tires on. This also did not help. the dealer torqued the drive train and this did not help. Finally, the regional service manager came in and drove it; told me nothing is wrong and sent me home. Before I went home the local service manager let me drive two new trucks. The vibration was NOT present in them. He also told me there was nothing more he could do as the Regional Manager sent my truck home. The dealer offered me a trade in at $6000 less than I paid. I have 1920 miles on the truck and the serice departments put over 600 of them on test driving! Curiously, the local dealer sent me home with no records of his work. What can I do?
